Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust operations to meet targets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Support and train production staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Work with the maintenance team to resolve machinery or equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports for management review.
