Job Description:

• Assist food scientists in product formulation, testing, and quality evaluation.
• Prepare and conduct experiments on new food products and ingredients.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on product texture, taste, color, and shelf life.
• Ensure laboratory and production equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for research and quality assurance.
• Support production trials and continuous process improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of food safety standards and laboratory practices.
• Good attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Able to work on PH and Weekend
