Job description

Location: Fishery Port Road (Nearest MRT Boon Lay/Lakeside)

(Permanent Role)

Job Responsibilities
  • Based on daily B-end customer orders, reasonably assign processing tasks and create daily/weekly production plans for the team to ensure on-time preparation and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate the use of team personnel, equipment, and materials (such as packaging boxes, cling film, etc.) to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Track processing progress in real time, promptly identify and resolve issues affecting productivity, and ensure on-time delivery to the logistics handover area.
  • Strictly follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the receiving, washing, sorting, cutting, packaging, and storage of fruits and vegetables.
  • Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials to ensure they meet receiving standards; perform 100% quality inspections on semi‑finished and finished products during processing, removing defective items or foreign objects to ensure final products meet B-end customer requirements for specifications, freshness, and appearance.
  • Ensure that the entire processing area (personnel, equipment, environment) complies with SFA hygiene requirements (e.g., SS590 standards). Supervise personal hygiene, utensil cleaning and disinfection, temperature control, and related food safety practices.
  • Accurately complete production records, quality inspection forms, temperature monitoring sheets, and other documentation to ensure full traceability of all processes.
  • Distribute daily tasks fairly and reasonably among team members, clearly communicating work standards and expectations.
  • Provide training to new and existing employees on processing SOPs, food safety knowledge, knife safety operations, equipment usage, etc., and conduct periodic evaluations.
  • Assess team members’ work performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive and motivated team environment.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and basic computer operations.
  • Over 1 year of fresh‑produce operations management experience, familiarity with fruits and vegetables & experience leading a team of more than 10 people.
  • Experienced operating WMS systems.
