  • Manage staffs: Hire, train, and mentor production teams to foster a culture of improvement and accountability.
  • Implement strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain strict adherece to all food safety, hygience and industry standards.
  • Monitor performance : Analyze production metrics, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to address issues and improve overall performance.
REQUIREMENTS

Experience : Proven experience in food manufacturing or a related field.

Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in caoching and motivationg teams

Technical skills: Knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles and automation

Problem-solving: Excellent problems-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production issues.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual abilities in English and Chinese often specified.
