Accurately pack meat products according to customer orders and specifications.
Ensure all products are properly labeled with details such as weight, type, and packaging date.
Handle and store meat products in cold storage areas with temperatures as low as -15°C.
Rotate stock based on FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
Report any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
Assemble and prepare orders for delivery based on delivery schedules.
Ensure correct and complete documentation for all outgoing shipments.
Safely load and unload goods into delivery vehicles.
Ensure items are handled with care to avoid damage during transport.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing and cold storage areas.
Follow sanitation protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with other production and delivery team members to meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively regarding stock levels, delivery schedules, and order changes.
