Job summary

A leading human resources consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of a café. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company procedures and provide excellent customer service. Main duties include beverage preparation, supervising staff, and managing kitchen activities. Candidates should be prepared to work 5 days a week with a salary range of $2,800 to $3,400, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth daily operations in café.
• Supervise in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Assist in overseeing the outlet operations, ensuring operations are running smoothly & efficiently.
• Preparation of high quality beverages according to menu.
• Light kitchen duties and preparation work.
• Provide good customer service.
• Basic housekeeping.

Location : Isetan / Orchard
Working Days : 5 days
Working Days :44hrs per week including weekend and PH
Salary : Supervisor ($2,800-$3,400)
