Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10-15+ years in manufacturing/production operations.
• At least 5 years in managerial positions leading production teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize production plans (annual, monthly, weekly).
• Allocate resources: equipment, manpower, materials.
• Lead productivity improvements and cost-reduction programs.
• Ensure HACCP, GMP, EHS compliance and manage audits.
• Develop talent and manage cross-functional issues.
• Oversee Capex planning, process validation and changes.
