Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the full set of accounting duties in a FMCG environment, using Dynamics 365 Business Central to streamline financial processes at our Woodlands office.

The role requires hands-on experience and oversight of a small accounting team. Daily responsibilities include month-end closing, financial analysis, and reporting, with interaction with auditors and management.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy and ACCA/CPA qualifications are a plus.
• Min 4–6 years of relevant experience (manufacturing sector preferred).
• Hands-on experience in full sets of accounts and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting records are accurate and timely for monthly close.
• Supervise financial operations and accounting staff.
• Review, analyze and report on financial results.
• Responsible for full set of accounting and finance duties.
• Review journal entries, AR/AP ageing and stock ageing.
• Perform cash flow forecast.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare audit schedules.
• Improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines and tax regulations.
