Job summary

E-CONTRACT PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse picker/packer to process high-volume FMCG e-commerce orders for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

You will follow brand-specific SOPs for packaging, use handheld PDAs and barcode scanners, and ensure 100% item accuracy before shipment.

The role requires good stamina for full-day standing and walking, with a fast-paced, efficient approach to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and experience operating PDAs / barcode scanners.
• High attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow packaging specifications across multiple brands.
• Good physical stamina to handle full-day standing and walking.
• Fast-paced and efficient worker capable of meeting daily targets in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking & Packing: Process FMCG e-commerce orders for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
• Customized Packaging: Strictly adhere to brand-specific SOPs and packaging guidelines.
• Scanning & Labeling: Use handheld PDA terminals and barcode scanners to verify items and print/apply AWBs.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure 100% item accuracy prior to shipment.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Overtime required on Mondays)

Salary: $1,800 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Picking & Packing: Process fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) e-commerce orders for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

• Customized Packaging: Strictly adhere to brand-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specialized box requirements, and unique packaging guidelines.

• Scanning & Labeling: Use handheld PDA terminals and barcode scanners to verify items, then print and apply Air Waybills (AWB).

• Order Accuracy: Ensure 100% item accuracy prior to shipment.

Performance Targets

• Standard Orders: ~200 orders / day

• Complex Orders: ~170 orders / day
