About the Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Florist Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves flowers, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of a friendly, artistic environment. You’ll help with daily flower preparation and studio maintenance while learning the art of floristry. No formal experience is required — just a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist florists in preparing flowers and foliage (trimming, conditioning, and wrapping)
• Help create bouquets and simple floral arrangements under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and work areas
• Refill vases and restock supplies
• Assist with unpacking flower deliveries and managing stock
• Able to assist with event setup and other ad-hoc duties if required

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for flowers, design, and creativity
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling flowers
• Flexible availability, especially during weekends or peak floral seasons
