We are looking for Service Manager - F&B (Outlet Manager- Beach Club) to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa:

As the Service Manager - F&B (Outlet Manager- Beach Club), we rely on you to:

• Support the Senior Outlet Manager in daily operation
• Manages Beach Club ( +Twelve)operations experiences
• To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
• Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
• Set and maintain service standards
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in managing in a bar setting of an outlet in addition to food services.

Is knowledegable in beverage knowledges, expecially in mixing skillset.

Experiences in managing theme nights and close up events.

Willing to work shifts
