Job summary

SG REHAB PTE. LTD. is seeking Locum Physiotherapist to support ILTC facilities in Singapore.

The role involves initial admissions assessments, care plan reviews, InterRai assessments, and delivering individual and group therapy programs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Requirements include a physiotherapy degree or diploma, AHPC registration, at least two years’ healthcare experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Full AHPC Registration.
• At least two years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in local languages will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning and education in the field of Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments for new client admissions.
• Conduct 6-monthly Care Plan and program reviews.
• Conduct InterRai assessments as required (training will be provided if necessary).
• Prescribe and execute individual and group therapy programs and activities.
• Assist and engage residents with behaviors of concern.
• Review and revise therapy program schedules with proper documentation.
• Liaise closely with other healthcare professionals to encourage a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Participate in continuing education, training, and research activities when opportunities arise.
• Support Active Rehabilitation under Community Rehabilitation if need arises.
