🌿 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Flexi Barista:

• Craft quality coffee with care and consistency, from espresso shots to latte art.
• Share your coffee knowledge and passion with guests and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar, ensuring smooth café operations.
• Support service flow and collaborate with the front-of-house team during peak hours.

As a Flexi Service Captain:

• Lead and support the service team to deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
• Create a welcoming café environment and build meaningful guest connections.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Handle guest feedback with confidence and positivity.
