Job summary

A fleet management company in Singapore is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage daily fleet maintenance and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Higher NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain, alongside at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle inspection and maintenance, as well as supporting daily operations. This is an on-site position requiring a valid class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Responsible, team-player and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations (passenger/commercial vehicles).
• Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring of vehicle status.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good customer service.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.
• Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of fleet.
• Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet.
• Any other jobs assigned.
