Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Manager, Fixed Assets in the Finance Division to oversee end-to-end accounting of government-owned assets and Singa-funded projects.

You will ensure accurate recording, support year-end closing, and coordinate audits while aligning fixed assets policies with government manuals. The role emphasizes process improvement and collaboration with MOT and internal divisions.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in finance.
• Experience in fixed assets management, preferably in public sector.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements using technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed assets recording, tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with government accounting policies and year-end closing.
• Manage Singa-funded projects fixed assets cycle.
• Engage with MOT and other ministries on accounting policy.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI/digital tools.
