Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop holistic health and wellness programmes aimed at preventing frailty and promoting active lifestyles among seniors.
  • Collaborate with planning teams and taskforce members to create engaging digital and print resources tailored to different audience segments.
  • Implement and manage initiatives, guiding the community in adopting sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Conduct group coaching sessions for seniors both within the lab and at external venues, and deliver training to instructors on programmes.
  • Gather, analyse and report programme data to evaluate outcomes and support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to establishing operational standards and best practices for the effective running of operations and programme development.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sports & Exercise Science or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in content development and operations within fitness, health promotion or healthcare settings.
  • Practical experience delivering group exercise/coaching for older adults is preferred.
  • Comfortable with public engagement; adaptable, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Ability to support changing work scope and take initiative to improve processes.
