Job summary

A leading fire protection services provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive (Servicing) to manage their service and maintenance portfolio. The role entails preparing quotations, ensuring strong client relationships, and coordinating with operations for service delivery. Candidates should have a diploma or higher in Business or Engineering, along with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in the fire protection, M&E, or facility management industry.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems is advantageous.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license preferred for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients for maintenance and servicing works.
• Prepare quotations for preventive maintenance and after-sales requests.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products.
