Job summary

A Fircosoft/LNRS configuration specialist is sought to design and implement WUM/SOC solutions for sanctions list processing. The role involves end-to-end file management, mapping, validation and approval workflows, ensuring smooth handoff to SOC outputs and downstream systems.

• Hands-on Fircosoft / LNRS specialist with proven experience configuring WUM/SOC, including watchlist file setup, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows and output generation.
• Functional sanctions list management expert who understands ingestion, consolidation and governance through SOC file generation and deployment handoff.
• Strong integration mindset to translate outputs for non‑Firco screening systems via shared folders, MFT/RIH, API/SFTP, bespoke components or RPA.

Responsibilities

• Define target file structures, mapping rules, validation rules and country/list ownership logic.
• Interface with Compliance, IT and country system owners to clarify requirements and resolve fit‑gap issues.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, and operational handover for APAC multi‑country rollouts.

Description

• We need a functional Fircosoft / LNRS WUM-SOC configuration specialist with hands‑on experience configuring watchlist files, mappings, approval workflows and output generation in WUM/SOC.
• The person should understand the end‑to‑end sanctions list management lifecycle, from WUM ingestion and consolidation through SOC output generation and deployment handoff.
• The role must bridge business requirements, WUM/SOC product configuration and integration design, especially for non‑Firco screening systems receiving files via shared folder, MFT/RIH, API/SFTP, bespoke components or RPA.
• The person should be able to define target file structures, mapping rules, validation rules, country/list ownership rules, approval workflows, exception handling and test scenarios.
• Prior experience with Fircosoft, LNRS, WUM, SOC, Firco Continuity or sanctions screening implementations is essential; APAC banking and multi‑country rollout experience would be a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands‑on Fircosoft / LNRS specialist with proven experience configuring WUM/SOC, ideally including watchlist file setup, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows and output generation.
• Functional sanctions list management expert who understands the full lifecycle from list ingestion, consolidation and governance through SOC file generation and deployment handoff.
• Strong integration mindset, able to translate WUM/SOC outputs into practical downstream requirements for non‑Firco screening systems using shared folders, MFT/RIH, API/SFTP, bespoke components or RPA.
• Data and file configuration capability, including target file structures, field mappings, identifiers, encoding, mandatory fields, validation rules and country/list ownership logic.
• Business‑facing profile able to work with Compliance, IT, LNRS, integration teams and country system owners to clarify requirements, resolve fit‑gap issues and support design decisions.
• Implementation and testing experience, including SIT/UAT support, defect analysis, exception handling, test scenario definition and operational handover; APAC banking and multi‑country rollout experience would be a strong plus.
