Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku, a leading SME digital financing platform, offers a credit-focused internship in Singapore. You will support credit monitoring, report preparation, and data-driven process improvements.

Collaboration with the credit team will give exposure to real-world lending decisions and risk insights. The role emphasizes analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and eagerness to learn about credit risk concepts while gaining hands-on experience with modern automation tools and data

Qualifications

,Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and preferably G-Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in credit analysis and risk management.
Prior internship or work experience in finance or banking (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of financial markets, accounting principles, and credit risk concepts (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring credit limits and exposure.
Process trade drawdowns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files and documentation.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
Prepare credit reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the credit team.
Collaborate with the credit team on data analysis and process improvement initiatives, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, Activepieces, and Gemini to enhance workflow efficiency and risk insights.
