Job summary

Republic Polytechnic’s School of Infocomm seeks dynamic instructors to develop and deliver courses in AI, FinTech, data analytics and related ICT modules. You will design engaging curricula, create learning activities, and assess student performance while collaborating with industry partners to keep content current.

You will mentor both full-time and part-time learners, support internships and industry projects, and contribute to applied research and fintech/digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Technology, Data Science, AI or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in related fields.
• Proficiency in AI/GenAI, ML, data analytics and automation.
• Familiarity with FinTech domains such as digital payments, open banking or embedded finance.
• Programming experience with Python/JavaScript; knowledge of frameworks (Spring, Node.js) and APIs.
• Knowledge of blockchain concepts, smart contracts and distributed ledger technologies.
• Experience with modern software development practices (DevOps, CI/CD) and collaboration with industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer module delivery and related activities to achieve learning outcomes.
• Plan, design and develop curriculum, learning activities and teaching materials.
• Stay current with AI, FinTech and technology developments through industry engagement.
• Maintain industry links to ensure curriculum relevance and partnerships.
• Contribute to applied research, consultancy and industry projects in AI, FinTech and digital transformation.
• Support student learning, internships, industry projects and experiential learning opportunities.
