Job summary
A luxury dining experience provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Supervisor to lead the guest relations team, ensuring a personalized and memorable fine dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities, with a passion for luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in guest relations or supervisory roles in luxury hospitality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Lead the guest relations team to deliver a seamless, personalized, and memorable fine dining experience.
- Greet, welcome, and escort guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring special requests and preferences are met.
- Oversee reservations and seating arrangements, coordinating with the service team for smooth guest flow and table allocation.
- Manage relationships with VIP and regular guests, keeping detailed records of preferences to enhance repeat visits.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and effective service recovery.
- Supervise and train front-of-house staff in fine dining etiquette, guest engagement, and service standards.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Events team for wine dinners, private dining, and special occasions.
- Ensure the ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining room reflect Ce Soir’s luxury brand image.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and assist in post-dining follow-ups to build loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in guest relations, front-of-house, or supervisory roles in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to supervise and guide a service team.
- Proven ability to handle guest concerns gracefully and resolve issues effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating guest needs.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about hospitality, fine dining culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
