Who we are looking for

Reporting to Global Head of Financing Solutions and the Global Head of Product Strategy, you will be accountable for the success of the APAC region, providing strategic direction across the three product lines while ensuring the business operates efficiently and within regulatory requirements.

What you will be responsible for
  • Reporting to the Global Head of Financing Solutions, you will work closely with the Financing Solutions senior leadership team to drive regional strategy and product development to meet our clients’ needs, leading a team of high‑performing professionals.
  • Develop regional strategy with business‑line leads, contributing keen assessment of regional industry trends, regulatory changes and client demand.
  • Sponsor and drive strategic initiatives ensuring global and regional initiatives are delivered and to help drive client adoption of new products and platforms.
  • Prioritize resources to ensure initiatives are efficiently executed in region.
  • Manage local personnel, in coordination with global business leads.
  • Foster a culture encouraging innovation and collaboration.

  • Relevant licensing.
Additional requirements

Regional travel will be required.
