About the role

As a Financial Services Trainee, you will work alongside senior financial consultants, gaining exposure to client engagement, business development, and financial advisory services. With training and guidance, you will learn how to understand clients' needs, build professional relationships, and introduce suitable financial solutions within the scope of applicable authorisations.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior financial consultants with client engagement and business development activities.
• Connect with prospective clients through company-provided leads and appropriate outreach activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' financial needs, goals, and priorities through professional discussions.
• Assist with client follow-ups, appointment coordination, and relationship management.
• Learn about financial services and suitable solutions under the guidance of senior financial consultants.
• Work towards agreed performance objectives while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

About you

• Minimum GCE A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, Singapore polytechnic diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with people and participating in sales-related activities.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
