  • Coordinate with Credit, Finance, Sales Operations and other country teams to support financing transactions, customer invoicing, funding settlements, referral fee processing and other operational requirements.
  • Assist with transaction reconciliations and resolve operational queries relating to financing transactions.
  • Act as the regional coordination point between IMFS Business Managers, internal stakeholders and funding partners throughout the financing process.
Funding Partner Operations

  • Track lease maturity dates and coordinate documentation and follow‑up activities to support timely end‑of‑lease decisions.
  • Support reporting and portfolio management activities relating to financed assets throughout their lifecycle.
Process Improvement & Systems
  • Work closely with the APAC Lead, Structured Finance & Funder Relationships to improve financing processes, systems, reporting and operational efficiency.
