Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or related fields.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• CMFAS qualifications are advantageous; training may be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ financial objectives, needs and investment preferences.
• Provide suitable financial and wealth management solutions based on clients’ requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and client engagement.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients while maintaining strong service standards.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients and identify opportunities to enhance their financial portfolios.
• Provide information and guidance on relevant financial products, investment solutions and wealth planning strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams and product specialists to deliver suitable solutions to clients.

• Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure proper follow‑up on client enquiries.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulatory and company requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, financial advisory, insurance, investments or relationship management.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Good understanding of financial products and investment solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Client-focused with a professional and consultative approach.
• Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working towards business objectives.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant CMFAS qualifications will be an advantage. Training and examination support may be provided where applicable.
