Job summary

SP-DYG is seeking dynamic individuals to grow into a financial advisory practice. You will learn to build client relationships, recommend financial solutions and take ownership of your development, with training and mentorship provided.

There is structured onboarding, licensing support and a flexible, hybrid working arrangement. No prior financial services experience is required, as you will receive comprehensive guidance and a path toward mentoring and leadership within the team.

As part of your transition into financial consultancy, you will learn to build and manage client relationships while developing the foundations of your own advisory practice.

You will:

• Prospecting and engaging potential clients
• Conducting client appointments and understanding financial needs

• Staying current on products and market developments while providing timely, professional follow-up

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess at least one of the following:

• Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore
