Responsibilities

1. Responsible for assessing and managing the risk of credit business, ensuring the safety and stability of the business.
2. Conduct risk assessment of credit business, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the results.
3. Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, and alert and handle exceptions.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of credit business risk management policies and processes.
5. Collaborate with business departments and other relevant departments to jointly control and reduce business risks.
6. Regularly submit risk assessment reports and recommendations to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Solid risk management knowledge and skills, familiar with risk assessment and risk control methods and processes.
2. Excellent data analysis and statistical skills, able to skillfully use risk management tools and software.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with business departments and other relevant departments.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of practical experience in credit risk management, familiar with risk management in areas such as BNPL, Cash Loan, and Supply chain finance etc.
