Job description

My client is a leader in the Aviation space, and we are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our Financial Reporting team.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of both standalone and consolidated financial statements for the organization and its subsidiaries. You will be responsible for managing complete sets of accounts and overseeing group-level financial consolidation.

You will also coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and play an active role in the Group’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting initiatives.

This position demands a hands‑on approach and a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond traditional reporting, including cross‑functional collaboration and support for sustainability disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review full sets of financial accounts and group consolidation reports.

  • Ensure compliance with local financial reporting standards and timely submission of financial statements.

  • Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.

  • Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting efforts across the Group.

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and support broader finance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline; professional certification (CA/CPA) is mandatory.

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a Big Four accounting firm.

  • Strong command of financial reporting standards applicable in Singapore.

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across departments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., ISSB, TCFD, GRI); prior experience in this area is a plus.

If this opportunity piques your interest, do apply online or feel free to reach out to me directly. Due to the high volume of applicants, we regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Thank you for your understanding.
