Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and autonomous FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Singapore. This is an outstanding opportunity to learn directly from the Group CFO in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, analysis, performance management, and business financial awareness initiatives, working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
  • Develop presentations and reports for management using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in financial reporting.
  • Test and lead adoption of SaaS performance management tools within the organization.
  • Participate in initiatives to raise financial awareness across business units.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Curious, with strong communication skills, highly motivated, hands-on, and able to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with SaaS performance management tools is a plus.
  • Prior work experience in business development, finance, or strategy is welcomed.
  • Prior experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is desired.
