Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic business decisions through financial insights, data analytics, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management — including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — to support business growth, M&A activities, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reports for leadership decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives.
- Business Partnering & Data Analytics
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights that support growth and profitability.
- Translate data into meaningful business intelligence using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Identify key performance trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support
- Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post‑merger integration activities.
- Prepare valuation models, sensitivity analyses, and investment proposals for management review.
- Process Enhancement
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data accuracy, and analytical capability.
- Implement automation and digital tools to enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate or professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.
- Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
- Prior exposure to the healthcare industry will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling tools.
