Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic business decisions through financial insights, data analytics, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management — including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — to support business growth, M&A activities, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
    • Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reports for leadership decision‑making.
    • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives.
  • Business Partnering & Data Analytics
    • Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights that support growth and profitability.
    • Translate data into meaningful business intelligence using Power BI and other analytical tools.
    • Identify key performance trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support
    • Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post‑merger integration activities.
    • Prepare valuation models, sensitivity analyses, and investment proposals for management review.
  • Process Enhancement
    • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data accuracy, and analytical capability.
    • Implement automation and digital tools to enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
    • Postgraduate or professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.
