We are looking for an independent professional responsible for advising clients on comprehensive insurance and financial planning solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide tailored insurance and financial advice, primarily focusing on health, life, and investment-linked policies.
  • Business Development: Utilize provided company leads and personal networks to effectively generate and develop a client base.
  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets through focused effort and competitive commission-based earnings.
  • Product Promotion: Promote a wide range of insurance products and investment plans.
  • Customer Service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients for policy reviews, updates, and exceptional long-term service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all client documentation is accurate and fully compliant with industry regulations.
  • Market Development: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • No minimum experience required; more than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Language: Multilingual ability is preferred.
  • Licensing: Possession of M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI (Health Insurance) certifications is highly preferred. Must be willing to pursue and complete necessary industry courses (training provided).
  • Start Date: Earliest possible.
