Financial Manager (Insurance & Wealth Planning) | High Earning Potential
We are looking for an independent professional responsible for advising clients on comprehensive insurance and financial planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide tailored insurance and financial advice, primarily focusing on health, life, and investment-linked policies.
- Business Development: Utilize provided company leads and personal networks to effectively generate and develop a client base.
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets through focused effort and competitive commission-based earnings.
- Product Promotion: Promote a wide range of insurance products and investment plans.
- Customer Service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients for policy reviews, updates, and exceptional long-term service.
- Compliance: Ensure all client documentation is accurate and fully compliant with industry regulations.
- Market Development: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- No minimum experience required; more than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Language: Multilingual ability is preferred.
- Licensing: Possession of M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI (Health Insurance) certifications is highly preferred. Must be willing to pursue and complete necessary industry courses (training provided).
- Start Date: Earliest possible.
