Financial Insurance Email/Customer Care Call Centre (Claims)

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure claim enquiries and requests received through emails are responded to within the expected turnaround time.
- Where required, ensure calls to policyholders and distribution representatives relating to claim decisions are promptly rendered.
- Undertake other projects or ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Unit Head.
- Take accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate them.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about customer service (email or call).
- Diploma/degree holders with relevant experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
