Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage client relationships with FIs and sovereign customers within the Bank’s asset portfolio.
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies, acquire new business with acceptable risk and maintaining earning assets in accordance with the approved Branch Business Plan, the Bank’s credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor Relationship Managers in areas of relationship management, marketing and client engagement.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, including cross‑selling the Bank’s products and services.
  • Maintain and develop bank and counterparty relationships to stay informed of market developments and the local business environment.
  • Work closely with relevant Divisions at Head Office (International Division & Business Banking Division) on counterparty limit matters.
  • Conduct sound credit analysis and objectively and consistently apply, review and comment as a Credit Committee Group member for all credit proposals from FI and sovereign customers within the department and on occasions for Business Operations departments.
  • Ensure all credit proposals comply with the Bank’s credit policies, internal guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead the team in executing relationship and marketing strategies while actively managing the FIs and sovereign customer portfolio.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and business environment, due to coverage of Indonesian FI and sovereign clients.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially when engaging with counterparties, corresponding banks, and government agencies.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and maintain high professional standards.
