Job Scope:

  • Support the overall financial controllership functions including accounting operations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal audit requirements in accordance with financial reporting standards
  • Oversee operational finance processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payment reviews.
  • Manage and maintain fixed asset records, including verification, disposals, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review financial data and reports for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure strong governance and resolve audit issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancement projects to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Support cash flow management and assist in preparing financial analyses for management decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
  • Relevant experience in financial accounting, audit, or controllership, preferably within healthcare or large organizations
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
