As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the monthly financial closing activities.
• Manage financial accounting and management reporting processes, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of annual statutory financial statements.
• Support the implementation of new accounting-related projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors, as well as tax agents.
• Contribute to the rollout and execution of new accounting and treasury-related initiatives.
• Review and ensure accuracy of SGX quarterly announcements.
• Provide guidance to the Finance team on preparing regulatory submissions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls relating to financial systems and regulatory reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
