Job summary

BitGo, a digital asset infrastructure company, seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead Singapore finance. You will own IFRS reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and forecasting, partnering with global finance and tax teams.

The role requires 8–12 years of accounting experience across practice and industry, with strong Excel and ERP (NetSuite) skills, and experience in MAS-regulated settings. Singapore-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with IFRS expertise; US GAAP familiarity is a plus.
• Experience in MAS-regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP/NetSuite proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen internal control environment to meet regulatory expectations and listed-company standards.
• Support regulatory readiness through strong financial governance and documentation with Compliance, Legal and Operations.
• Oversee ACRA and IRAS obligations in conjunction with external providers.
• Provide MD with timely financial insight for budgeting, P&L, cost management, and revenue analysis.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for the Singapore business and support group capital planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation as the business grows.

Controls & Governance

• Maintain and strengthen the internal control environment to meet both regulatoryexpectations and listed-company standards.

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation as the business grows.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA Australia or equivalent) with expert knowledge of IFRS; US GAAP familiarity advantageous given group reporting.
• 8–12 years of accounting experience across professional practice and industry.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and digital asset trading activity, including valuation,custody and client asset treatment.
• Experience in a MAS-regulated Major Payment Institution and/or Capital MarketsServices (CMS) licensee strongly preferred.
• Track record of owning a statutory audit end to end.
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Effective communicator across time zones, with experience working with a global headoffice.
