The role involves understanding customers' financial needs, offering suitable planning and insurance products, and building long-term client relationships. Training is provided; no prior financial or sales experience is required. The position offers a tiered base salary with performance-based commissions, a 4,000 SGD startup incentive upon successful licensing and start, and a schedule of Monday

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• No prior financial or sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with client-facing and sales-related responsibilities.
• Positive, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.
