Financial Consultant - General Insurance
Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Redhill
Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000

Responsibilities

Handle counter, email, and phone enquiries for all classes of general insurance.

Provide quotations and process applications, renewals, cancellations, and extensions for motor and general insurance.

Issue insurance documents and ensure compliance with GIAS and regulatory requirements.

Follow up on customer enquiries and provide prompt support in spoken and written form.

Conduct telemarketing and marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.

Cross-sell general insurance products to existing and potential clients.

Perform daily branch operations including transaction checks and payment terminal reconciliation.

Assist in administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

Based in branch/outlet to handle walk-in customers.

Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent (BCP & PGI modules)

Familiar with general insurance products and GIAS regulations.
