About the Role

As a Financial Consultant, you will build meaningful client relationships, assess financial needs, and provide professional advice on investment, insurance, and retirement planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and professional service.
  • Conduct financial reviews to understand clients’ goals, risk appetite, and current financial status.
  • Recommend suitable financial products and strategies across insurance, investment, and retirement planning.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date market insights and portfolio reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders and peers to achieve both individual and group targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on financial regulations, product offerings, and advisory best practices.
  • Uphold compliance with MAS guidelines and ensure ethical, client-first advisory practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, or insurance (fresh graduates are also welcome).
