Role Overview

• Position: Junior Investment Banker – Part‑Time, Remote
• Commitment: 10–20 hours per week
• Support senior team members in strategic financial initiatives. Contribute to the AI sector's growth through finance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and market research on AI, technology, and adjacent industries.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and fundraising strategies.
• Draft pitch decks, investor memos, and other fundraising collateral.
• Assist in due diligence processes for prospective investment partners.
• Track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and valuation analyses.
• Support the investment team with ad‑hoc analysis and special projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Background in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing).
• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the AI/technology sector is a plus.
