The Supreme HR Advisory – Central Singapore

To support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, industry knowledge in freight forwarding, and advanced data analysis skills using Power BI and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
Accounting Support
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
  • Reconcile financial data with accounting records and ensure accuracy.
  • Support compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Analyze freight cost structures, billing accuracy, and profitability.
  • Understand and apply Incoterms, customs duties, and freight‑related financial implications.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate financial treatment of shipments.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize financial and operational metrics.
  • Use Excel PivotTables and advanced formulas to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Business Partnering
  • Work closely with finance, commercial, operations, and procurement teams to support decision‑making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Prior experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry is required.
