Job summary

A company in the beauty industry located in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to analyze and manage financial reports, ensure compliance, and support audits. The ideal candidate has at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical skills and professional certifications preferred. This full-time role offers a salary up to S$5500 per month.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage monthly financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing.
• Review financial data and prepare variance reports against budget.
• Approve AP, GL, and AR accounting postings.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting.
• Monitor and improve financial processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with Shared Services for financial statement accuracy.
• Support year-end audits and annual tax computations.
• Track and control market expenses and capital expenditures.
• Ensure local regulatory policies are current.
• Collaborate for tax compliance and process integration.

• Approve AP, GL, and AR accounting postings with Shared Services.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and spending decisions.
• Monitor and improve financial processes for efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Shared Services to ensure financial statement accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support year‑end audits and annual tax computations/submissions.
• Track and control market expenses and capital expenditures.
• Ensure local regulatory policies are current and correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for tax compliance and process integration.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent are strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with a results‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making
