Job description

We are growing and we’re looking for talents to come onboard our insurance team as a Financial Advisory Specialist based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic financial advisory services to new and existing customers of MoneySmart Financial
  • Conduct financial planning and financial needs analysis for customers
  • Provide recommendation and implementation of insurance solutions
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver excellent customer service
  • Handle all leads and enquiries assigned and expand customer base through referrals
  • Deliver sales-related objectives and key results
  • Ensure appropriate advisory practice and proper documentation
  • Adhere to both internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in FA firms and/or insurance companies
  • Good knowledge of financial planning and the insurance industry
  • Sound understanding of insurance products and collective investment schemes
  • Able to carry out duties independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly, working under pressure and time constraints
  • Self-motivated with a resilient mindset to achieve objectives and key results
  • CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI qualifications; M8, M8A, BCP, PGI and ComGI will be an added advantage
