Job summary

SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to manage monthly journal entries, fixed asset depreciation, and bank reconciliations in a dynamic environment.

The role also handles statutory reporting, budgeting support, and the preparation of management and cash flow reports, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. A recognized accounting degree and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, and statutory compliance.
• Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/accounting systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain relevant supporting schedules.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and process monthly depreciation entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve reconciling items on a timely basis.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and follow up on outstanding balance sheet items.
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end financial closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, head office reports, and cash flow reports.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and business plans, including data collection and validation from business units.
• Assist in preparing budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variance analyses and provide insights on key movements.
• Work with stakeholders to monitor budget performance and support financial planning.
