Job summary

A leading logistics technology company in Singapore is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage full accounts, prepare financial reports, ensure audit compliance, and support management review. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with government grant accounting and Xero is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including Fixed Assets and General Ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policy, tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting standards.
  • Liaise with external auditor and internal auditor.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to the current Finance Executive (AP/AR/GST).
  • Preparation of monthly Financial Management Reports.
  • Budget preparation and management review.
  • Assist in development and implementation of internal controls around accounting, finance and reporting processes and systems.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office

Pick Network is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to deploy parcel locker in public spaces and operate nationwide parcel locker network. The network will deliver convenience and choice to consumers and businesses and aid in the transformation of Singapore's urban logistics ecosystem.
