Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements and analyze financial data.
  • Assist in creating budgets and monitor actual spending.

Skills

Job description
Core responsibilities
  • Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and interpret trends to advise management.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in creating budgets, monitor actual spending against the budget, and help forecast future financial performance.
  • Record keeping: Ensure financial records are maintained accurately and up-to-date, which includes managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Auditing and compliance: Assist with internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Transaction processing: Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate billing processes.
  • General administrative support: Perform other duties as assigned, which can include managing subscriptions or office supplies.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
