Job summary

A leading staffing service provider in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage sales incentives, optimize CRM processes, and conduct business analytics. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in related fields and a BA/BS degree. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are essential. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is required for this dynamic role.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company preferably in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be advantageous.
  • Highly self-motivated and independent with a strong client-focused mindset.

  • Manage end-to-end sales incentives process.
  • Partner with Sales teams for optimized CRM-related business processes.
  • Conduct in-depth analytical review and prepare management reporting.

Responsibilities
Sales Incentive
  • Manage end-to-end sales incentives process from calculation to payout.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency via process or system enhancement
  • Work under time pressure to ensure that results are finalised before submission deadline
CRM Optimization and Process Development
  • Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes
  • Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned
  • Lead processes standardisation projects independently across APAC and METAP markets, provide guidelines and training for the Sales team
Business Analytics and Reporting
  • Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization that delivers actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a strong client-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields;
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields;
  • Highly analytical and attention to details; • Comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus);
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be advantageous;
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
