Work you’ll do

FINANCE SENIOR ASSOCIATE - TAX

  • Prepares, analyse, and files Withholding taxes on monthly, quarterly, and annually basis.
  • Prepares, analyse, and files VAT and Fringe Benefit Tax on quarterly basis.
  • Ensures tax filing and payments are processed on a timely manner.
  • Prepares and files of other tax returns, if any.
  • Prepares and submits application for tax clearance.
  • Assists on the application of Permit-to-Use Looseleaf.
  • Prepares Gross sales/receipts schedule needed for Business Taxes and Permit.
  • Files Books of Accounts in Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) portal.
  • Prepares and submits audit schedules, reports and documents required by tax and regulatory examiners during their respective audit.
  • Ensures compliance with Tax rules and regulations.
  • Assists the Finance team in the reconciliation of various tax accounts and other tax related matters.
  • Assists in maintaining accurate and complete documentation for all tax-related activities.
  • Timely submission of monthly statutory journal workflows.
  • Supports the statutory month‑end and year‑end close process.
  • Assists in the preparation of audit schedules needed for external audit.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as required.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
  • CPA is required
  • With 3-5 years of relevant experience gained from related industries.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office suite.
