Job summary

Bot MD is seeking a Finance & Operations Associate to drive the financial engine and operations for a healthcare SaaS startup. You will maintain financial models, report KPIs, and partner across sales, onboarding, and customer success to ensure accurate forecasting and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, biz ops, consulting, or a revenue operations role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or tech startups is a plus.
• Strong financial modelling skills and building spreadsheet models from scratch.
• Experience with CRM and finance tooling and a bias towards automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial models covering P&L, headcount, and scenario planning.
• Own KPI dashboard (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, product usage) and board/investor updates.
• Design scalable commercial operations processes and reporting cadences.
• Coordinate revenue operations inputs and renewal timelines in HubSpot.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Explore AI-enabled automations to scale a lean team.

We believe that simplifying care workflows is essential to improving patient care, especially in large and underserved markets. We build products that delight clinical users by combining cutting-edge AI with popular chat platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, and Facebook Messenger to help hospitals and clinics automate patient workflows and streamline operations.

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to help run the financial and operational engine of the company. You will maintain the financial models and KPI reporting that keep leadership informed, partner with Sales on RevOps and forecasting, and build the scalable processes that let a lean team punch above its weight. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career who wants to build broad commercial skills at a fast-moving healthcare SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling: Maintain and update financial models working closely with our finance function, covering P&L, headcount, and scenario planning, to give leadership the visibility needed to make fast, well-informed decisions
• KPIs reporting: Own the company KPI dashboard (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, product usage and adoption metrics) and prepare the monthly board pack and investor update with supporting data
• Commercial operations: Design and drive scalable commercial operations processes and frameworks, establishing performance metrics and reporting cadences across sales productivity, pipeline health, client performance, and SLAs.
• Revenue ops: Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to ensure reliable forecast inputs and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot, coordinate usage-based invoicing, and maintain a clean view of renewal timelines and customer commitments
• People admin: Run employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, covering contracts, system access, equipment, and HR documentation, and serve as the first point of contact for routine people ops queries.
• Automation: Use AI tools and lightweight automations to eliminate repetitive workflows across finance, sales, revenue, and ops, and actively explore how emerging AI capabilities can help a lean team operate at a scale beyond its headcount.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, biz ops, consulting, or a revenue operations role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or tech startupa
• Strong financial modelling skills, comfortable building and maintaining spreadsheet models from scratch
• Hands-on experience with CRM and finance tooling (HubSpot, Xero, Notion or equivalent) and a bias towards automating repetitive work.
• Comfortable working across functions, from Sales and Finance to People, with the structured thinking to build processes that scale.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Experienced with AI tools and workflow automation, and hungry to find the next thing worth automating.
• Clear communicator, able to distil financial and operational data into crisp summaries for non-finance stakeholders.
• A finance qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
