Job summary

Commonwealth Kokubu Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance professional in Singapore to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensure GL and bank reconciliations, and support audits while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional growth. The candidate should have 2–4 years of finance experience, familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, and a Diploma/NITEC in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

2–4 years of finance/accounting experience.
Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Diploma or NITEC in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee and perform AP and AR functions with accuracy and timeliness.
Review and reconcile General Ledger and bank accounts; investigate discrepancies.
Monitor daily cash book and cash flow.
Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits; ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in performing other finance-related duties.
